In terms of the order dated 9th September, 2025, Mr. Babar, learned AGP for the State has obtained instructions and submits that due to the visual disability of the Writ Petitioner, he will not be able to perform his duties as Staff Nurse and there is no other vacancy against which the Writ Petitioner can be accommodated. If that be so, this Court has left no option, but to hear and dispose the Writ Petition on merit.

Since reply has already filed by the State, this Writ Petition be listed again on 11th November, 2025.
