ORDER :

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 has stated on instructions that, Respondent No.3 - Tahasildar - Karjat will take possession of the secured assets from the borrower 1/2

14-wp-17279-2024.doc within a period of 15 days from the date of this Order. She has stated that this is a re-possession which is being taken by the concerned Tahasildar - Karjat, in view of borrower having trespassed into the secured assets after possession has been handed over to the Petitioner - Secured Creditor pursuant to the Order dated 8th September, 2022 passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The statement is accepted.

The Petitioner shall pay the police protection charges for taking possession of the secured assets by the Tahasildar - Karjat. 3.

In view of the above statement, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
