The Petitioner has suffered rejection of her validity claim of belonging to the Thakar, Scheduled Tribe category, vide the impugned order. It is conveyed to us that the Petitioner is not pursuing any professional course and is not in any employment. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 15th January, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
