CORAM

: MILIND N. JADHAV, J.

DATE : AUGUST 14, 2025.

P.C.:

1.

Heard Mr. Ghose, learned Advocate for Petitioners; Ms. Gandhi, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Ms. Awasthi, learned Advocate for Respondent No.5 - Union of India. 2.

My attention is drawn by Mr. Ghose, to the order dated 16.07.2025. In compliance of the said order, Ms. Gandhi has filed Affidavit of Respondent No.4 dated 14.08.2025. Copy of the Affidavit has been given to Petitioners. Mr. Ghose would submit that the Affidavit does not specify the specific requirements as per the Standard Operating Procedure, but once again calls upon the Petitioners to furnish all relevant documents for the past 17 years without any specifics.

7.WP17354.24.doc 3.

Petitioners shall considered the said Affidavit and file their objections thereto within a period of two weeks from today. Though Ms. Gandhi has strongly refuted that the SOP would not apply to the case of Petitioners, still seeking omnibus information of the past 17 years on the face of record is humongous which may not be justified and hence if Respondents are in a position to point out specific information required from Petitioners, the same may be apprise to the Court on the next adjourned date.

4.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim / interim relief granted earlier, if any, shall continue.

5.

Stand over to 11th September 2025.
