In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners have assailed validity of the show-cause notice dated 09.10.2024 issued by the Deputy Registrar. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that being aggrieved by the aforesaid notice, Petitioners filed Revision before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, however, by an order dated 24.10.2024, the Divisional Joint Registrar has deferred the proceedings for seeking clarification with regard to circular/notification dated 08.10.2024 from the State Government.
