In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners, inter alia, assail the validity of the show-cause notice dated 09/10/2024 issued by the Respondent No.2-Deputy Registrar, by which the Petitioners are asked to make the payment of Rs.25,000/- and has been asked to appear before the Deputy Registrar. 2.

Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that in view of the Circular dated 08/10/2024 issued by the State Government, the competent authority is the Joint Registrar to decide the proceedings initiated by the Petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Divisional Joint Registrar is directed to transmit the proceedings forthwith to the Joint Registrar for expeditious decision in accordance with law.
