The petition has been filed as the contention was that the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee [for short, "the AGRC"] was not listing the appeal filed against the order passed under Section 13(2) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has tendered the Roznama of the AGRC dated 22nd November, 2024 which shows that there was hearing which was conducted on 22nd November, 2024. In light thereof, nothing survives for consideration and present petition stands disposed.
