By the order dated 4th December 2024, time was granted to the learned Additional Government Pleader to obtain instructions as regards the time that would be required to decide the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner being RTS/Pune/Revision Application No.14242 of 2023.

Today also the learned Additional Government Pleader seeks some more time for want of necessary instructions. 3.

Mr. Sachin Chandan, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his client received a copy of the notice dated 5th December 2024 in which it is mentioned that possession of the

Diksha Rane 21. WP 17403-24.doc subject premises would be taken on 19th December, 2024. 4.

In view of aforesaid, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the prayer for grant of stay as being made in the Revision Application preferred by the petitioners. Till the time the stay application is decided, the possession of the petitioners shall not be disturbed in terms of the notice dated 5th December 2024 which is issued by the Circle Officer, Katraj, Taluka Haveli, District Pune. The stay application shall be decided on its own merits after hearing all parties.
