The petitioner seeks to raise a challenge to the steps sought to be taken by the respondent no.1 - Creditor for enforcement of its security debt.

Since an efficacious remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is available, such liberty is granted to the petitioner. We are therefore not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Keeping all points on merits raised open, the writ petition is disposed of.
