It is informed that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition an order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 came to be passed on 19/03/2025. Thereafter on 08/04/2025, the Court Commissioner has issued notice stating therein that the possession of the secured asset would be taken on 25/04/2025.

In that view of the matter, remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal is available to the Petitioner. By granting that liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of as not entertained. All points on merits are kept open. (M. M. SATHAYE, J.) (A. S. CHANDURKAR, J) akn
