2) The limited relief granted by the Industrial Court is for payment of honorarium for four days from 11 January 2018 to 14 January 2018. Considering this limited relief granted by the Industrial Court, I am not inclined to exercise extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in the present case.
