1] In this writ petition the petitioners seek to raise a challenge to the order dated 29/10/2024 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Against the aforesaid order, further remedy of Revision is available before the State Government. It is open for the petitioners to challenge the order dated 29/10/2024 by exhausting that remedy. In the said proceedings it is open for them to make a prayer for interim relief.

2] The petitioners have preferred RTS Appeal No.46 of 2024 before the Sub-Divisional Officer challenging the order dated 22/12/2023 passed by the Tahsildar, Panvel. Since this appeal is pending since January, 2024, it is directed that same be decided in accordance with law after hearing all 1/2 8-WP-17469-24.doc bdp-sps

concerned parties within a period of three months of receiving a copy of this order. It is clarified that all points on merits are kept open for being raised before the appropriate authority.
