1] It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of requirements of Clause 216 of the Statutes made by Shivaji University, Kolhapur a request was made to the Pro-Vice Chancellor to nominate a teacher to participate in the inquiry proposed against the respondent no.2. There has been no response to that request.

2] Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 10/01/2025. Service be effected on respondents through all permissible modes. 3] In the meanwhile, it is open for respondent no.1 to consider petitioner's request dated 06/06/2023 and take a decision thereon. 4] Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
