An arguable question as to whether the Trial Court could have rejected the application for amendment in the written statement at a pre-trial stage in the context of short interval of time from the date of institution of the suit and filing of the original written statement, arise for consideration.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3, for final disposal, returnable on 19th June 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the petitioner is at liberty to serve the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 by private service and file an Affidavit of Service.
