Prima facie, I am satisfied that clause-5 of the consent terms entered into by respondent Nos.7 to 9 constitutes an undertaking given to the Court, and conduct of respondent Nos.7 to 9 of not paying rent prima facie amounts to willful disobedience of undertaking given to subordinate Court.

Hence, issue notice to respondent Nos.7 to 9 as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and under Article 215 of the Constitution of India should not be initiated against respondent Nos.7 to 9, returnable on 8 December 2025. 3.

Respondent Nos.7 and 9 shall remain personally present before this Court on each and every date until specifically discharged by this Court.
