CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & ASHWIN D. BHOBE, JJ.
DATE : 9th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- 1.
In the first three matters, it is undisputed that the Management has cured the deficiencies and tendered a proposal on 18th July, 2024. The same is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, Mumbai.
2.
Insofar as the last Petition is concerned, the deficiencies were raised by the Department. The Management removed the deficiencies. The Deputy Director of Education convened a hearing in the matter and the matter is now closed for orders on 11th March, 2025.
3.
The learned AGP submits on instructions that the proposals would be decided with a reasoned order within a timeline which the Hon'ble Court may mandate.
4.
In view of the above, let these pending proposals be decided by following the due procedure laid down in law and by conducting an in-depth verification exercise as is permissible and a reasoned order be passed in each of these proposals, within a period of 45 days from today.
5.
With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
