In this Petition, the Petitioner inter-alia has invited action of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in issuing new tender vide Tender Notice dated 12th October 2024.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the earlier tender, the Petitioner was the highest bidder. However, without any cogent reasons, the notice inviting tender was cancelled and a fresh notice inviting the tender was issued.
