The Petitioner claims compassionate appointment on the basis of a Decree dated 31st August, 2016 delivered in Civil Suit No.228 of 2014. The adoptive father of the Petitioner is said to have passed away on 19th June, 2009.

We direct the Petitioner to add the widow of the deceased employee, as Respondent No.4.
