DATE : 16TH DECEMBER, 2024 P.C.:
1.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that all these Petitioners were working on the post of Assistant Teacher, which was on no grant basis. Subsequently, grants were allocated. Hence, the
Trupti 2 34 to 36 common order.odt proposal for approval was forwarded, which was rejected. Now a fresh proposal has been tendered by the Management, dated 2nd February, 2024 in all these three cases, in the light of a new Government Resolution dated 24th April, 2023. That proposal is tendered only because the new Government Resolution was introduced which gives some hope to the Petitioners. It is prayed that the said proposal be decided within a timeline.
2.
In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off with a direction to Respondent No. 3 to scrutinize the proposals and forward them to Respondent No.2. Let Respondent No.2 look into the said proposals by following the due procedure laid down in the law and if there is no legal impediment and the Government Resolution dated 24th April, 2023 is of any help to the Petitioners, a reasoned order on the said proposals, may be passed within a period of 45 days from the receipt of the proposals from Respondent No.3. 3.
If any of the Petitioners are aggrieved by the final decision of Respondent No.3, they are at liberty to avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in law.
