Since the allegations in the petition is that excess land admeasuring 32 Are has been taken over by the Respondents without following the acquisition process and without paying any compensation, replies must be filed within a timeline now indicated by this Court without seeking any unnecessary adjournment. If no replies are filed, this Court will proceed based on the premise that the averment in the petition are correct and are not denied by the Respondents. 7.
