The Petition is in the nature of execution of the order passed by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Maha RERA). The jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India cannot be invoked for seeking execution of the order passed by Maha RERA. This Court would therefore, declined to exercise the jurisdiction in the present case. 2.
