2] In paragraph 3 of the judgment dated 24/04/2025, the sentence "They seek benefit of deemed date of promotion on the post of PoliceSub-Inspector." shall be replaced by the sentence "They seek benefit of grant of deemed date of promotion."

3] In paragraph 10 of the said judgment, the last line "This exercise would be subject to outcome of Original Application No.1226 of 2022." shall be deleted.

4] In paragraph 11 of the said judgment, the first line shall read as under - "For the aforesaid reasons the orders dated 08/11/2023 and 30/07/2024 passed by the Tribunal BDP-SPS 1/2

5] The above corrections be carried out in the said judgment and corrected judgment be uploaded.
