CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & ASHWIN D. BHOBE, JJ.

DATE : 30th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- 1.

The learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered a compilation of 141 pages along with a covering letter dated 30.04.2025 and 2 pages of index (144 pages). The same is collectively marked as 'X-2' for identification. 2.

Apparently our order dated 17.04.2025 has been ignored, overlooked and disobeyed with impunity by the State Government. We are informed that the proposal was put up by the Secretary Labour and Industries Ministry Smt. I.A. Kundan before the Labour and Industries Ministry for interpreting our order in a different way and publishing the advertisements for the constitution of the

Mathadi Boards through the individual boards in the State of Maharashtra.

3.

List this Petition in the urgent 'supplementary category' on 2nd May, 2025 since we contemplate initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act with those responsible for twisting our order and reading it in a manner that is suitable to the concerned Officer.
