The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that in terms of the order dated 14th August, 2024, the trial court be directed to send the documents referred in clause (2) of the impugned order to the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Hyderabad and the Central Forensic Science Laboratory may also be directed to submit a report within a time frame. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The Special Court at Pune seized with Special Summary Suit No.3 of 2017 is directed to send the documents referred to 1/2

The Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Hyderabad, is requested to submit a report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the communication by the trial court.

The trial court shall annex a copy of this order to the forwarding letter to be sent to the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Hyderabad.
