By this Petition, the challenge is to the order dated 14th October, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Minister in Revision preferred by the Petitioners originating out of order of the Tahsildar which allowed the Application of the Respondent Nos.6 to 10, on the basis of the order dated 21st October, 2018, alleged to have been passed by the Collector. The order of the Sub Divisional Officer dated 28th April, 2021 records that the order of the Collector appears to be fabricated as the original file though called for was not made available to the Sub Divisional Officer. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that based on the order of the Tahsildar, the land was thereafter sold by sa_mandawgad 1 of

908wp17673-24 the Respondent Nos.6 to 10 to third party for a consideration of about Rs.2 Crores.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after a period of four weeks. Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Till the next date, status quo be maintained in respect of the property.
