By the said communication, the concerned Authority has provided information to the Petitioners that, the CIDCO, i.e. the Planing Authority and/or Respondent No.3-Corporation has not given any permission to Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to construct the building on the Survey No.312, Hissa No.2 situated at Virar, Tal. : Vasai, Dist. : Palghar.
