By this petition, challenge is to the rejection of cancellation of Mutation Entry No. 327 on the ground that the same has been mutated by reason of a registered sale-deed.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that predecessor-in-title of Petitioner were the protected tenants and a third party who had no concern with the subject property, has sold the same in favour of the Respondent No.5 and in the civil suit filed by the Respondent No. 5, interim injunction came to be rejected.
