The learned Advocate for the Petitioners refers to an earlier order passed by this Court dated 18th November, 2024 in Writ Petition No. 15367 of 2024. He submits that now the Petitioners desire to challenge the order dated 23rd September, 2024. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 28th January, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.
