1) Considering the fact that Petition challenges mere interim order passed by the Additional Collector, Solapur, refusing to grant stay on the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pandharpur, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. Instead Additional Collector, Solapur, is requested to expedite the hearing of the Appeal and to make an endeavour to dispose of the Appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months. 2) Writ Petition is disposed of.
