(ii) The Notice of Motion No. 1112 of 2024 is allowed and delay of 52 days caused in filing written statement is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs. 10,000/- within two weeks from today to the Plaintiff.

(iii) Trial Court to take written statement on record. 2.
