Ms. Sathe, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that during the pendency of this Petition, the Petitioner has received the refunds in respect of the four Assessment Years. Refund order dated 05 February 2025 is placed on record. However, she states that no interest has been paid, even though the refunds were delayed. She, therefore, submits that the interest issue would survive.
