We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGP. There are several disputed issues. 2.

It is obvious that there are two groups amongst the trustees. Earlier, one group had approached this Court in WP No. 7984 of 2023. By issuing some directions to the Education Officer, vide order dated 20th June, 2024, the Writ Petition was disposed off. Harish

As such we direct the Petitioners to add the other group of trustees as Respondents. Addition be carried out within a period of 10 days from today.

After addition, issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 22nd January, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Until further order, status quo as existing today, be maintained.
