The Petitioner is a student of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery course. She took admission in Respondent No.2 College in 2013-2014. She took a gap due to domestic reasons from the winter of 2015 to the summer of 2019 and rejoined the course. She passed the first year in two calendar years, in summer, 2021. She passed the second year in two calendar years in summer, 2023. She appeared in the third year in summer, 2024. The results were declared in October, 2024. Her result has been withheld.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 7th January, 2025. Mr. Pansare, the learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.
