1) Motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 21 April 2025. with the consent of the parties, the following corrections are to be made in the order :

(a) In para 3 of the order, following corrections to be made : (i) the date '17 October 1998' appearing in line 12, to be replaced by the date '17 October 1996'.

(ii) the words 'Mutation Entry No.1275' appearing in line 13, be replaced by 'Mutation Entry No.1274 and 1275'. (iii)the date '6 February 2019' appearing in line 17, be corrected as '4 February 2019'.

(b) In para 4 of the order following corrections be made : (i)In line 2, the words 'Mutation Entry No.2078, 4013 and 1806' be replaced by the word 'Mutation Entry No.2078, 4013 and 2079'.

(ii) In line-8 the words 'Mutation Entry No.2078, 4013 and 1806' be replaced by the word 'Mutation Entry No. 2078, 4013 and 2079'.

(iii) In line-4, the date '6 February 2019' be corrected as '4 February 2019'.

(iv) In line-9, the word 'Collector' be replaced by the word 'Commissioner'.

(c) In para-5, the words 'Mutation Entry No.1275' be replaced with the words 'Mutation Entry No.1274 and 1275'.

(c) In para 7, the following corrections be carried out : (i) The date '17 October 1998' be replaced by the date '17 October 1996'.

(ii) The date '21 December 1998' be replaced by the date '21 December 1996'.
