It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the next date of the proceedings before the Debts Recovery Tribunal is 7th January 2025.

In aforesaid circumstances and in the light of the order dated 1st November 2023 passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal in Miscellaneous Application No.107/2023 (GIC Housing Finance Ltd. Vs. Mudabbir Husain Afzal Husain Shaikh), it is evident that the Debts Recovery Tribunal intends to hear the proceedings finally. The learned counsel for the parties undertake to co-operate with the expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.
