It is informed that pursuant to the order dated 09/01/2024, the learned Presiding Officer on 07/01/2025 has fixed the Securitization Application No. 49 of 2022 with another connected proceeding, scheduled to be considered on 21/03/2025.

In view of the aforesaid, since both the proceedings are fixed on 21/03/2025, the same shall be decided expeditiously and in accordance with law. It is clarified that the learned Presiding Officer need not wait for further orders from this Court as the present Writ Petition is being disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
