The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue with regard to the petitioner's ineligibility to pursue the Three Years LL.B. Course is sought to be raised by the 1st respondent after completion of her Graduation. During the aforesaid period of three years, the petitioner was not held ineligible to pursue the said course. 2.
