It is the submission of Mr. Birajdar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has paid the maintenance and there are no arrears towards the maintenance.

Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the said amount is paid for fertility treatment and towards hospitalisation of the Respondent at the time delivery. He states that substantial amount is outstanding. 3.

Accordingly, the Petitioner to file additional affidavit within one week from today. The Respondent to file rejoinder within a period of one week thereafter.
