This Petition takes exception to the order dated 22nd August 2024 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhiwandi below Exhibit 44 in Marriage Petition No.191 of 2023.

2.

By the order impugned, the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division has directed the present Petitioner to pay monthly interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- each to the Respondent and her son. 3.

I have heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the impugned order.

It however appears that the evidence of the parties in the main matter pending before the trial court is almost over. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. 6.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.

7.

The trial court shall make an endeavour to decide the main matter as early as possible.

8.

Needless to mention that trial court shall decide the main matter on it's own merits.
