In view of the fact that a remedy of filing an appeal against the order passed by the Recovery Officer appointing a Receiver on the subject property is available, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to avail such remedy.

Accordingly, with liberty to the petitioner to invoke the statutory remedy available and by keeping all points on merits open, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained.
