The grievance of the Petitioner is that the proposal, which was forwarded by the Management, seeking individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner, is pending since February, 2024. 2.

Let Respondent No.5 deal with the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in the law and take a decision within a period of 60 days from today.

The decision shall be communicated to the Management forthwith. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.

If the Petitioner's proposal is accepted, the Management and the statutory authorities shall initiate steps to ensure that the Shalarth ID is allotted within a period of 45 days thereafter. 5.
