The Petitioner is a special teacher. She is working as a handicraft teacher since 12th June, 1996. She claims to be in service even today. She prays that her proposal for approval dated 28th December, 2023, be decided expeditiously. 2.

In view of the above simple prayer, this Writ Petition is disposed off without issuing notice.

Respondent No.1 shall deal with the pending proposal dated 28th December, 2023, if not yet decided, within a period of 45 days, by following the due procedure laid down in law. A decision on the proposal, by a reasoned order, shall be communicated to the Institution expeditiously. The Petitioner is at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law, if an adverse order is passed.
