3) It appears that the present Petition is continuation of the earlier proceedings initiated vide Writ Petition No. 11793 of 2023, which was withdrawn on 14 November 2024 with liberty to file a fresh Petition. It appears that in Writ Petition No. 11793 of 2023, ad-interim order was granted in favour of the Petitioner on 28 November 2023.
