The proposal for seeking approval to the transfer of the Petitioner from 40% aided to the 100% aided establishment is dated 29th July, 2024. After certain deficiencies were pointed out, the Management once again sent a communication dated 12th September, 2024, purportedly after removing the deficiencies. The case of the Petitioner is that this proposal is pending adjudication with Respondent No. 4, ever since.

The learned AGP points out that the deficiencies were removed by communication dated 12th September, 2024 and within 21 days, this Petition has been filed for seeking a Writ of Mandamus. 3.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No. 4 deal with the said proposal on its own merits by following the due procedure laid down in law and after conducting a strict verification/scrutiny of the proposal and the documents, and pass a reasoned order within a period of 60 days from today. 4.
