In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, Respondent No.3 - Bank is directed to transfer the amount held to Respondent No.2 within a period of four (4) weeks from today and Respondent No.2 shall accept the same. Respondent No.2 shall accordingly reflect the said amount duly in the Provident Fund Account of Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited where the Petitioner is working. 5.

In view of the above Minutes of Order and the statement of Advocate for Respondent No.2, Petition is disposed. 6.
