The petitioner has completed her Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology - DMLT having pursued the same at the respondent no.2College. The said College has issued mark-sheet to the petitioner of having successfully completed the said course. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be necessary for the respondent no.1 - University to issue such mark-sheet and certificate to the petitioner. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18th December 2024. Hamdast permitted.

Mr. Rajendra Anbhule, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.1 and Ms. Kavita Solunke, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent no.3. Respondent no.2 be served through all permissible modes.
