Pursuant to the leave granted to amend the writ petition by the order dated 18th December 2024, the amendment has been carried out. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos.4 and 5. The petitioner to serve respondent no.6 - Registrar, Maharashtra Paramedical Council through registered post with acknowledgment. The notice is made returnable on 4th February 2025, within which time the respondents shall file their affidavit-in-reply. 2.

In the Original Application preferred by the petitioner being Original Application No.1557 of 2024, the petitioner had made a prayer 1/2 907-WP-18066-2024.doc Dixit

for keeping one post of Laboratory Scientific Officer vacant on the premise that the petitioner's appointment on the said post came to be terminated on 30th October 2024 for failure to submit a certificate issued by the Maharashtra Paramedical Council. Since the grievance of the petitioner as raised in that regard is under consideration, it is directed that any appointment made on the post that was occupied by the petitioner would be subject to outcome of this writ petition.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 to communicate this order to the candidate appointed on the said post.
