At the outset, Mr. Kumbhakoni, learned Senior Advocate submits that amendment be permitted to be carried out for impleadment of one of the legal heir of Respondent No.8 who has expired in the interregnum. He would submit that there is a third legal heir be required to be impleaded and his name though permitted to be was left out. He would submit that it shall be impleaded before the next date. The Department shall allow the said amendment.

After the matter is heard and considering the previous order passed by this Court, Mr. Kumbhakoni, Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the private Respondent No.3 persuades the Court to grant one final opportunity to the private Respondent No.3 upto 06.05.2026 since he could not interact with his client and obtain the requisite instructions.

His request is not opposed by the Petitioners. In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier shall continue. 4.

Considering the facts in the present case the parties are requested to kindly take appropriate instructions, apprise the Court accordingly, so that appropriate orders for expeditious hearing of the Suit proceedings can be passed by this Court on the next date with necessary directions.

Notice of the same has already been given to him as apprised by Mr. Kumbhakoni. Re-verification be dispensed with. 6.

At his request matter be placed on 06th May 2026. To be listed "First On Board".
