Heard Ms. Gandhi, learned Advocate for Petitioners; Mr. Deolekar, learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 - State and Mr. Shendge, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 3. 2.
Effective compliance of the order dated 12.01.2026 is required. Today it is informed to me by learned AGP that Mr. Deolekar, learned AGP is busy in some other Court. There is also effective compliance of service required to be done on Respondent No. 4. 3.
There are specific directions passed by this Court in paragraph Nos. 3 to 5 for the private Respondents to clarify. Despite specific orders passed by this Court on 13.12.2024 and 06.05.2025 staying the impugned order, private Respondents have dealt with the subject

I have asked two specific questions which need to be answered. Private Respondents are directed to file their reply failing which this Court will uphold the observations recorded in the order dated 12.01.2026 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law which shall be noted by the parties.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim order granted earlier shall continue to operate.

The roznama and the affidavit shall be filed by the private Respondents and the learned AGP both on affidavit positively before the next date. It is made clear that if the same is not filed, this Court shall not await any further and determine the Petition in accordance with law which shall be noted by the parties. 7.
