We have heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time. It has transpired from the record that the Semester IV examination at the B. Tech course being conducted by Respondent No.5 - University is be held today at 3 p.m. The date of taking over possession in terms of notice dated 27.12.2024 issued by Tahsildar is also today. Since the petitioners/students are pursuing their education and the examination in question is till 3 p.m. today, it is directed that in terms of notice dated 27.12.2024, steps for taking possession of the secured asset shall be taken after 4 p.m. today.

It is informed that the practical examination are now scheduled, 13.01.2025 and onwards. It is directed that the Respondent No.5 - University shall make necessary alternate arrangements to enable the students to appear in the said examination. The expenses in that regard shall be borne by the Respondent No. 4 - Education Society. 3.

Put up for further consideration on 17.01.2025. 4.
